Considering the recent post about wanting a fender, I sure hope it's a fender and not a quarter panel.

But for future reference, when it comes to cutting a quarter panel off, a cut-off tool is handy for a few spots, but I prefer an air hammer with a panel cutting chisel tip in it. Clean, fast, and it doesn't overheat and warp panels like a cut-off tool can.
