You need to find the best MB/Euro body shop in the area and talk to their adjuster. Tell them who your insurance is (if you are in a no fault state) and deal with your insurance company from a position of power. Don't let them shuffle you off to some preferred provider that will bow to their pressure to fix it cheap.
