None of my diesels has power seats, though one of the 240Ds does have power windows.

Speaking of which - Supposedly, back in the late '50s, a Mercedes spokesman was asked why Mercedes didn't offer power windows and other options that were becoming common on American luxury cars.
His response "If you can't roll down the windows, you shouldn't be driving!"

Me too, which is why I have a 240D with manual everything, transmission, windows, sunroof, no AC, etc. I think that one more, slower, intermittent wiper setting would not have made the car that much more complex though.

They must not get light rain in Germany.
