I am not sure what you mean by tuner unit too, the radio pictured is complete, the top gray band is the digital display for the station info and the gap at the bottom is the cassette location, where the door is supposed to reside. I would imagine you can just plug and play with this into your MB.
I don't have any cables as I put a new stereo in and used the existing cabling.
