Theirs 2 each year ,one that Joe puts together here in the Houston area and the 2nd which he includes all of Texas and then some .Centerville Texas is our destination that day ,The Dallas and Austin clubs head out and we end up surrounding the town of Centervillle for some good olde fashion BBQ .Ribs brisket ,turkey ,its all good stuff.Once everyones full and caught up on each others stories of years past, we huff it in caravan style to a local State Park .Park and Shine ,this goes on until sunset or until you feel the need to hit the trail .Driving home into the sunset full of BBq and warm spirits from fellow MBers .All in all its a days adventure.
