Does anybody know if you can rent temporary shop space for car work in LA?

A covered facility with engine hoists and maybe a lift and facilities of recycling coolant and oil? maybe some tools as well?

Seems like these kind of things would exist but I haven't found one in the yellow pages or maybe I don't know where to look?
