Try disconnecting the battery, install the fuse, then reconnect and test the lights. If it's repeatedly blowing, and you are sure you're installing the correct size fuse, then you have a short somewhere. Check all the wiring for those lights for crimps, torn insulation, loose/dirty connectors, etc. Don't use a bigger fuse, or bridge it with anything, you can cause yourself MUCH bigger problems than a blown fuse! (Melted wiring, bad switches, BURNING CAR!!! )
