Now you are on the right part. The number 201 540 38 45 is one of the early numbers that have been replaced by 201 540 37 45.

The fact that you have an old number probably means its an original part. I would replace it just on prejudice if it were an original part. Check the date code on the side. I would also replace any that rattle inside.
