I learned so much about what it takes to replace one of these windshields and it helped me determine if various techs really knew how to do it. I wish I had the experience to work with them when it was done but I would probably have gotten in the way plus my experince has been that some shops don't want customers in the shop and sometimes the tech might even get nervous with a customer breathing over his shoulder.
