Door Window tray (holds the glass)

My driver's window (electric) made a mechanical noise going up. I foolishly rolled it down to pick up the mail, and thereafter it would only go halfway up. Motor works fine below that point, but I couldn't pull up the window either, so it was a mechanical stop. Got the regulator out this morning and discovered that the "tray" which holds the bottom of the window and connects to the regulator has rusted out at one end. The bottom separated and one side splayed out, and was catching something on the way up. Part diagram appended.

Question is, where do I get one of those trays? It shows in the illustrated parts book as part of the glass. It has a long rubber grommet which grasps the glass tight enough to keep it in place. I really don't want to repair this one because it's rusted all along the inside channel from 25 years of water remaining on the window when it is lowered.

Help?
