I will be placing this on ebay come thurs. nite
if no one here wants it. I would like to get $500
for it and will be placing that reserve on ebay.
Any one wanting to lowball will have to wait till
after the auction if I don't get my price.
As you can see, this in not a pristine low mileage
car. It is how ever about 99% rust free, and
runs and drives........kinda.
The trans will need some work as it slides into
gear (1st). after it get moving all is good.
Tires are severly dry rotted but do hold air, I even
drove this from San Antonio to Houston area
about a month ago.
Vacuum system needs work
SLS need work
multiple stone chips in windshield
body damage to both pass. doors and rear quarter panel
Front door is superficial damage and the door pillar is fine.
door opens easily from the inside.
rear pass. door is more heavily damaged and there is damage
to the striker side of the jam.It will still open from the inside
with assistance.
leaks fluids.......trans., oil, and hyd.
Motor runs like a top.....go figure, over 400k and sounds
better than my CD

almost no cap dance and very little smoke on start up.
Due to the PO living on a dirt road in TX, and the multitude
of oil leaks, there is about 1" of oily crud built up
on the underside.........it'll never rot
.
Take a look at the pics and ask questions, I will
be as honest as possible.
I would love to see this brought back, but I realize
it may be better suited for parts.
any maint. are repair items that are common
on these cars, will most likely be needed on
this car.........but hey, ya get to join the cheap
wagon club
