This scoundrel should be forced to fix the house, regardless of the original cost--He should have been aware of the poor soils. Normal, due diligence requires builders to know the geotechnical conditions.

Illegal or untrue? Not illegal, and in their minds true. Whether or not their accusations against Kerry were fully accurate is difficult to know. Major ax grinding on both sides.
Of more importance to me is that the Swift Boaters are incapable of considering that the entire war may have been one big, avoidable tragedy, or that those who spoke up about our errors there behaved patriotically.
This story does shed some light on Perry's character, IMO.
