The first thing you need to check is the front and rear flex disc. They connect the drive shaft to the transmission and rear axle. I had the same jerking problem, but when I replaced the flex disc, the problem was gone. When the flex disc goes bad, it loosens the drive shaft from the transmission and rear axle and the "brain" of the car does not know exactly how fast the car is going, so it jerks.
