Got a question.

I have new window brush for my 108 SEL and am wondering how to install the outer one. I have done the window channel and am all too familiar with dissassembling the door/window regulator/motor assembly. I've got new hardware for the regulator so I'll be removing this anyway.

Question is: How do you get the outer door aluminum trim off so that the outer brush is exposed? The inner is easy and I am going TRY to get to the outer by removing the window from the regulator. Is this the way it's done? Anybody have experience with this?

I'll be doing this at all 4 doors, so if the fronts are different than the back, you might let me know.
