Lightbulb Built Another 300 SDC today

My good friend and I built another 300 SDC today for him, the donor car was an 83 300 SD, and the recipiant was an 1983 380 SEC. Pics will come when the car gets painted. Overall the removal of the 380 was very straightforward, and the install of the Om617 was very smooth. We used the 380 SEC driveshaft. We didnt bother firing the engine as we needed a new ingition switch, and a new waterpump and fluids.

The wiring for the 300 SD is quite simple, Oil pressure, Water temp, fan switch, and glow plugs. We got it done in about 10 hours, but alot of the prep work had been done. (wiring removed and labled) 300 SD drivetrain removed.

We could have done if faster if the ignition switch wasnt broken.

Let me know if you have any specific question and ill try to answer them.

This 300 SDC is for my buddy, hes giving me another 500 SEC cheap for my own uses...
