MB 1985 300D Turbo. Location of Defrost Vacuum element( PINK). Note the steering column and the accelerator pedal. You need to remove the kick panel to access the defrost vacuum element. There is another bearly visible pink vacuum element on the floor . This is the vacuum element on the floor is for the leg-room flaps.
