Is this about right?
What should I ask for my 1998 E300?
Xenon, Leather comfort seats, Rebuilt turbo, new front end, new rear, suspension, brakes and rotors, new shocks. Double 5 spoke rims(AMG copy), new radiator, water pump, EGR, MAF, all filters, fresh Amsoil. All dark glass, gray outside, Gray/Black interior, 10 CD changer in trunk. New floor mats(MB). New glow plugs, new fuel lines. WOW, I'd better keep this and sell my 1987 300DT(sedan). Nothing else to go wrong.

Who are "they"? A dealer offering CPO - sounds like it with that warranty? If so, $33K is in the ballpark, but you could probably talk them down $3-5K. Still, a MB dealer CPO warranty is way better than a 3rd party warranty...for that kind of money you can easily get the same car CPO.

I'd keep the 98 and sell the 87. You've already repaired all...err...most...of the w210 problems they talk about on this board. The 87 will start having age related issues soon.
