Really? can you cite any examples? Contrary to Fox News' attempt to portray Sotomayor as a judge who is frequently reversed, her record is actually quite good. Fox claims that she is reversed 50% of the time, but that is not even close to true. According to the White House, she has been reversed about 0.8% of the time.

Based on what? To come from the housing projects in the Bronx and then excel at Princeton and Yale, I would think that she wouldn't be a total dummy.
Look for Rush, et al., to imply that she only got where she is today by being an hispanic female. He started with it today. He is a racist.
