I dare anyone to remove MY flag. I had this same situation happen to me in the early-mid '90's. The shop supervisor said that it needed to be removed and I told him to fly a kite. He took it down, and the president of the company fired him for "just cause". i placed my flag back into position (3" X 5") on top of my toolbox, and was presented a new larger one by the company president as well as an apology.
