I live in an area notorious for high gusting Santa Ana winds. I've never had any problems with any of the Benzes previously owned (1967 250SE and 84 300SD) or with my current Benzes (91 420SEL or my daughter's 89 300TE).
I used to own a 1988 Cadillac Seville...talk about skittish handling!
Perhaps we do expect too much from our Benzes, but in my experience these are the most stable, sure footed cars around!
