Lubro moly or a strong substitute. I will be in Spokane on Monday and need to locate some ASAP, or get a recommendation for a similar product. Can seafoam be used as an effective substitute?

I see that at least one member acquired this stuff in Spokane at a NAPA store but I have called five of them and they say they have never heard of it!
