You need to determine which .97 IP you have
603.96x = 148hp @ 4600, 201lb-ft @ 2400
603.970 = 133hp @ 4000, 228lb-ft @ 2000
603.971 = 148hp @ 4000, 229lb-ft @ 2200


Max RPM (+/- 150rpm):
603.96x = 5150rpm
603.970 = 4250rpm
603.971 = 4750rpm
