1. 55 NM not ft/lbs
2. 90 deg. rotation
3. 90 deg. rotation

The crank should be at top dead center and the small line on the cam should line up with the right side of the head as you are standing in front of the vehicle.
The poly belt tensioner: Loosen the center bolt and tighten the adjuster bolt on top. If it will not tighten, it will need a new tensioner. (remember we sell parts!)
