I'm just making a template off the black panel there. then i will pull that panel, relocate electric items and place the new sub panel in place, spacing it off as much as is needed. I figure I will lose around 2-3 inches of leg room by doing this.

Remember I am just doing this for fun. I already cut the template form plexiglass, which I will cover, and mount the woofer behind so it has room to fire, and then I will place a grill on top, to stop stomping feet from going through it.

I will lay the carpet back over it when done. It should be hidden, but add more bass inside. Though I have enough already with the 10" in the trunk, I have the extra woofer, and figured if it ssounds bad, not biggie I can pull it out easily. I'll test it before I move any electrical thousgh.

I'll let you knoow how it goes.
