Last year, I replaced the sound system in the 400E. Mech told me it looked like the receiver unit has shot based upon its behavior. Rather than referb a component, I (carefully) ripped everything out, re-wired and started over.

FOR SALE - All the audio system parts including:
Door speakers
Rear deck speakers
10 CD changer with felt cover, trunk mount and Cable
Dash head end
Trunk receiver (assumed to be the faulty component) and Amps
