The pull to the right is either an alignment problem or a tire pull. As for the vibration , normally if a tire is out of balance you will get a slight shimmy in the steering wheel at certain speeds. So without driving the car its hard to say it could be the tires or even motor mounts when they go bad and hit the idler arm bushing bolt.
