There usually are some spare holes in the firewall. They will have rubber boots designed to pass multiple wires and there are always a few positions unused. Easiest way from the passenger compartment is probably to pull the glove box and operate through it. You could also run the wires into the glovebox (at the point where the latch latches) and put the switch there, hanging on its wires, well insulated. That way you wouldn't give up your antenna switch and later on, when you get the fan working correctly, you can remove the switch leaving no trace of your work.
