Ok the vacuum switch had been bypassed and ran straight from the ALDA to the banjo bolt. I cleaned the bolt, line and the vacuum switch, hooked it all back up like it should be and wala more power, she still won't spin tires, (not that I would want to do that) but she has a lot more power than before. I also adjusted the cable to the trans and she shifts out better. I noticed however that there is a lot of oil residue inside the air filter, is this a normal thing? The hose that runs from the valve cover to the air filter was wet it had so much oil build up on it.
