Why people like him, Bush and Cheney aren't arrested, dragged forthwith before the International Court of Justice at the Hague in the Netherlands, and are not duly tried, convicted and punished like Milosevic of Serbia utterly eludes me.


In fact, I think Mr. Cheney travels abroad at his peril....I read that somewhere.
