NOLA is just fine....like the PP said, just the eastern part is farked up. If you want to see True Blood like places, go south of NOLA and see some cajun fishing villages. You wont find many vampires though....

Drinking is the state passtime. most likely in most places, you will be served at your age, unless you look like you are twelve.
