Book says 0.3mm to 0.4mm, which translates to .012" to .016". No dwell is listed, only a gap figure. I have found a gap of .012 to .014 gives me about 36-40 degrees, more or less. If you dig into a Chilton or Haynes it may give you a dwell value, but in three decades of setting my points I have not relied on dwell for other than a check on my skills with the thickness gauge. Setting a larger gap will partially compensate to keep dwell in a reasonable range as the rubbing block wears. When the wear occurs you will need to re-set the timing. But, in all likelihood you will need to replace the points well before the block wears any significant amount.
