that price seems quite high.

i've had to have 2 windshields put in my car. the first one on 8.17.00 was 139.44 windshield,35.00 install. total 184.91

this was a ppg [pittsburgh plate glass] one, a first rate supplier. they are oem for many cars

this spring a rock killed it. i can't find the bill,it was on insurance.
seems to me it was no more than 250.00

if you're paying, i'd shop around a little more [for oem or ppg]

run like hell if you've never heard of the manufacturer.
