W124 dust filter replacement...

As my E420 reached it's 45kmi. service interval, I checked the owners manual for what was required - dust filter replacement was the only thing.

I remember a post awhile back where Bill Wood mentioned he had the pics and was in the process of writing a DIY article on this late W124 maintenance - any word on how far along this is? I'd really like to take care of this asap.

Any others out there done this? I know the location of the filters (under the plastic/rubber housing at the base of the windshield), but are there any other gotchas, or advice to offer in lieu of a polished article?

Thanks much,
- Ryan
