I'd say "night and day" is an understatement
As I've said before, goodness knows how may dollars and hours have been wasted chasing gremlins that are simply traced back to a blown OVP fuse. And unfortunately, the fuse blows more often than not when jumping the car. On the 560s, the ABS light is a clue -- but not on the 380s. Glad to see things worked out for you.
