Dash: 124 (2) and 201 (1)
I have several dashes, would like to sell a couple so that I need them (needed my blue one just after I sold it):
If you have a cracked dash, your car is not what it could be, and dash-caps are crap no matter how you stick down your future-warped glossy vac-formed plastic. Sorry. I think that those dash-craps are priced close to $100 also, ...
First one (photos 1 & 2) is a flawless 201 dash with glovebox door, right vent,and OE speakers. It is the dark-brown that looks black (like your instrument cluster, ever notice?), it comes in the palomino/saffroninteriors as well as cream-beige/mushroom and any brown-tone interiors (people always think they're black). Can be dyed if necessary of course. No cracks or blemishes, it's from the land without sun (here). $100 plus shipping.
Second one (photos 3 & 4) is a flawless late 124 gray/gray dash, with airbag. Perfect condition, comes with the gray lower panels and the airbag module. Again the upper half looks black, but trust me, it's a charcoal gray. $175 plus shipping with the airbag module. From the land of clouds, rain, and incurable depression. We make Seattle look like a tropical paradise.
Last one (photo 5) is an early 124 Palomino dash. Early has no zebrano wood strip but otherwise the same. It has a blemish/wrinkle beneath the right vent, I either bumped it with something or stored it against something, might be a simple matter of heating it with a hairdryer to straighten it. It also has just a bit of the center under the windshield trimmed where it isn't seen when installed, a windshield installer must've cut it slightly when removing a windshield. $50 or best offer plus shipping, includes glovebox door.
Shipping can be a bear, takes making a box and sending a 35lb 56" long package, a whole day's fooling around and the last time I sent a dash to the left coast it was around $100, so don't think that shipping will be free and easy. I'm completely open to local pick-up and take more stuff while you're here.
I hope that someone here buys them so I don't have to slop them up with Armorall and let ebay take my money.
