Got her apart yesterday. Head gasket was definitely blown on #1. It had a gap in it that was about 1/8 in. No wonder it was pouring oil out the exhaust pipe. Everything else looked great. Head and block were in great shape. In the process of putting her back together. So far so good. Now if I can remember where all them bolts go. I don't know how many parts you are supposed to have left over on there cars. On American cars usually 2 to 5. Makes cars lighter and perform better. HA!! Anyway, I have to get back to her if I am going to hear that beautiful diesel sound in the near future.
