Thanks for the response. I went over every connection and I have begun to investigate the fuel pump relay. Test four in the factory CD states that I should have battery voltage at terminals 5 and 6 of the OVP plug. I have 0 volts. From the schematics it appears that this voltage should come from the #9 plug of the fuel pump relay. I pulled the relay and attempted to resold the board with no luck.
Does this sound plausable? Is it common for these to fail in this strange manner? I hate to buy a $100 relay if it is not the problem. Is there a simple way to test this relay with it out of the car?
