Oh No! Sorry didn't read the second half of the original post, plus I'd recently noticed the extreme price lowering of the aftermarket tool!

The tool your looking for is 602 589 00 04 00 and I've never seen it except as an OEM tool available from the dealer. It would seem harder to use this tool than the other tool from below but I'm sure there is a reason you've decided to do so! It does not seem that hard to fabricate a tool that would serve this purpose, get a used starter gear and some mild steel bar stock welded into the correct orientation should do the trick. Good luck!
