I just noticed from my picture I posted, that mine is a tad tight!
I just went out and checked to see if the stop lever could move enough to shut it off . . . Nope!
Because of this thread I looked at mine to see why mine didn't work either . . . I lubed it up and adjusted it! Now I gotta loosen it up some . . . but just a tad, as I can almost kill the engine with the stop lever!
To utilize this feature I found that you need to 1st step on the excelerator pedal (not gas!) a tad, and then turn it CCW and it will hold that position.
Interesting . . . our fuel injector lines are held on differently . . . I wonder if it is a year thing or a Euro thing?
