I had the same experience with them years ago, they replaced my battery COST. No labor / installation charge, although it took them an hour to get there.
Very nice, very professional.

And one of my fellow Guards at the skate rink is a MB roadside tech here in Chicagoland. Off hand I forget which dealship.
