You may have a glow plug issue, have you checked them?
GPs are a strong possibility. When they are on the test bench, I leak test them after pop pressure and pattern tests. There could be a leak but it would need to be enough to make them loose some prime after shut down. It's not common but one or two injectors in a whole set isn't out of the question. BUT watch out everybody, Kent B. will put this on one of his 'special laminated manuals' copyrighted from "the source" and we'll be expected to pay for it .
