I figured it was one of the two.
I checked the level of the blinker fluid, it was fine, but needs to be changed. Is there a filter system that will let me extend the fluid life to say 50 years? Wearing out in 28 is just wrong!
I may need to thin the blinker fluid w/some kerosene. Cold weather makes it thicken up a bit.
The muffler bearings were checked and still good!
