The reason that you are not getting any responses to your question is that you fail to provide even the slightest bit of info to allow an evaluation of the vehicle. A photo from 10 feet away just doesn't provide any basis for an opinion.

Only a careful evaluation up close and personal will tell the tale. If you don't know what you are looking for.........take as many photos as possible of the exterior and the interior and post them here.

Take a very careful look at the underside for indications of any rust in the body.

Diagnosing the head is effectively impossible on a cursory inspection that lasts two hours.
