Should be something like:
Remove the bolts along the top edge.
Unbolt the front bumper.
Unbolt the light.
Remove the plastic panel covering the bottom of the fender (there should be a bolt or a screw).
down there. unbolt the plastic cover from the inside (the one that keeps mud from the tire out of the inner fender area).
Lastly, feel around inside that space for a bolt hiding near the door hinges. Older mercedes have one. I'm sure these do too.
Once all the bolts are gone, the fender might need a little wiggling, but it should basically lift off the car.
