Been too long, but I definitely realized that I could not get to the upper nut and bolt...........had to deal with the lower nut and the bracket must move laterally to the right to clear the stud.
Now that I recall............it is a nut on a stud.
Coming up from the bottom, I think you can get a decent shot at it.
