An engine mount is better than an IP rebuild !! Yo most probably would have found the vibe went as soon as you put your foot on the gas. If in reverse it would be worse & not go away with your foot on the gas. Well thats what I find when the LH engine mount fails. Normally about a month after a fuel leak drowns the mount.
