At the dealer. They tried a working DVD and the nav would not read it. Diagnosis is a defective navigation processor, the dealer had the part and took about 1 hr. to repair. The repaired Nav system is working. Now we have to replace all the data that had been stored. The repair was covered under the warranty.

This is a dealer where my experiences were exceptional - like an M-B dealership should be. Very pleased.
