Ha ha! On the 603 you have to remove the vacuum pump -- the bolts for the IP run through the chain case. There is a little bolt sticking up on the outside of the front of the IP that is used to rotate it.

More than that, I cannot help, as I've not had to do this myself. The procedure is somewhat different that the older diesels, though, and the timing is different, too.

There is at lest one other person on the forum who has adjusted his, so you will get better answers soon, I'm sure.
