Sometimes, it just happens

All righty, so I couldn't get the thing to turn on after I reassembled the faceplate. I fuddled with it for a while, nothing. I tried to check the fuse in the back, and the darn thing exploded into a cloud of white smoke and glass shards. At this point I will do what any respectable man would, and give up.
