MalwareBytes will knock out virtually any of that crap.
Some malware will not allow you to install or run MalwareBytes.
Download it to a usb drive on another computer. Put it on the infected computer from the USB drive and install it. If it won't run, rename the executable file from mbam to mbam2 or something, then run it. You may have to run it several times if you have a severe crapware infestation. Update it as soon as you get the computer working, and run it again.
